About Sturgis’ Key City Assisted Living
The Philosophy
We are an Assisted Living Facility that honors and respects our residents and treats them with dignity. We provide the highest possible quality of compassionate care while ensuring each resident’s right to privacy and choice in their daily lives.
In addition, we promote involvement of residents and their families in developing care plans to achieve the highest possible quality of life for each resident regardless of race, religion, and culture. We believe that Key City Assisted Living is “Home” to each of our residents and that we are here to serve them as we assist with their daily activities and to encourage them to become part of our Community.

Today, I continue my service in the senior care industry as Administrator of Key City Assisted Living. It is my passion, along with my family, we take each day as any opportunity to make a difference in our seniors lives.

Scott A. Engel has over 20yrs of leadership experience. He is a graduate of Colorado University and certified by Senior Living University as an Assisted Living Administrator.
Cynthia Klein
Director of Nursing
Cynthia Klein is an RN with over 30yrs of nursing experience; 20yrs as a Director of Nursing. She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.
